Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within the specified period at the website Monday through Friday. Crazystereo.com ships to all contiguous 48 states. Extra charges and special arrangements may be required when shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Canada. Crazy Stereo will only ship to verified addresses and will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or shipping drop off addresses such as Mail Boxes Etc. We will only ship to confirmed addresses by PayPal or billing address of your credit card used in the purchase. Expedited shipping is also available at extra charge. Please contact us for more details.

 

Although UPS is our primary shipping company, CrazyStereo.com may use other shipping and freight companies to deliver purchased products to its customers such as FedEx, USPS, or other local and national freight companies. Crazystereo.com may choose at its own discretion the type of carrier depending on the weight, size, type of shipped products, and/or the location of the shipping address. The choice of carrier shall not reduce the shipping costs charged to customers during the check out process or after completing the purchase transaction. All products shipped by CrazyStereo.com are securely packaged; in the event you receive a damaged package, immediately notify the shipping company as well as Crazy Stereo. It is the carriers’ responsibility to secure the package while in transit. Therefore make sure you retain all packing materials which will be used in damage claims with the carrier upon inspection. In order not to have any claims rejected, damaged shipments or missing products must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If a customer is not charged the proper shipping fee or taxes due to typographical errors, Crazy Stereo reserves the right to add shipping cost to the transaction.

 

International Shipping: Crazy Stereo does not do international shipping. However, Crazy Stereo may sometimes agree to ship to Canada depending on the shipping address and/or type of products purchased. Special arrangement must be made at time of transaction. Please contact Crazy Stereo for more details. Customers from Canada are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways), taxes, tariffs, and any fees that may involve the sale transaction. All transactions involving shipping products to Canada are considered special order transactions. All sales are final, no exchanges or returns. In the event customers from Canada reject shipped packages, they will be liable for all shipping and handling costs both ways (from and to Canada) plus 25% restocking fees.
